Ear syringing uses warm water to flush out excess ear wax. During the appointment, a gentle stream of water is directed into the ear to loosen and remove blockages. It’s effective for soft wax buildup but isn’t suitable for those with perforated eardrums, ear infections, recent surgery, or a history of ear problems like tinnitus or dizziness.

Microsuction Procedure – What to Expect

During the appointment, I use a small, low-pressure suction device to clear blockages without water.

It’s ideal for those with hearing aids, ear infections, or narrow ear canals.

However, it’s not suitable for people who have Tinnitus, had recent surgery, or active infections within the last 3 months.

Manual Ear Wax Removal – What to Expect

Manual ear wax removal involves using specialist instruments like curettes or forceps to gently extract wax. This precise method is ideal for small blockages, sensitive ears, or those unsuitable for water-based methods. It’s not recommended for perforated eardrums, active infections, or inflamed ear canals. The procedure is quick, safe, and performed with great care.
